CHARACTERISTICS

Nandrolone was first described in 1960 and for its unique features has become one of the most popular anabolics in the world. Structurally very similar to testosterone, but lacks carbon 19 (i.e. CH3 methyl group on carbon 10).It is therefore referred to as “19-nortestosterone. “Its popularity stems from the fact that it has significant anabolic effects accompanied by only a minimal androgenic effect. In terms of the ratio of anabolic effects and side effects, it is therefore sometimes considered to be the best ever steroid. It binds well to androgen receptors.

Nandrolone can be effectively used in both volume and definition cycles. It has anti-inflammatory abilities and improves collagen synthesis, making it renowned for its ability to treat injuries of joints and tendons. Athletes report that this preparation helps treat pain in shoulders, knees and elbows. It also dramatically improves nitrogen retention and regeneration. Currently, nandrolone, due to its positive characteristics, is used in medicine, for example in patients suffering from AIDS. It has been shown that they not only increase the weight, it helps to boost the immune system as well.

SIDE EFFECTS

Nandrolone is considered a very safe steroid. In fact, in the tissue through the action of 5-alpha reductase inhibitors it does not transform to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), but nordihydrotestosteron (Nordh), which has less androgen effect than dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Nandrolone is therefore the perfect choice for those who do not want the use of steroids cause them to lose hair or suffer from prostate problems. While taking finasteride (Propecia) to prevent hair loss, unpleasant paradox can occur. Finasteride prevents the conversion of nandrolone to norDHT and Deca hits the hair roots with full force. During normal dose (200-400 mg) nandrolone aromatizes only in small amounts. Nandrolone acts more like progestin. Progestogen side effects are almost identical to estrogenic side effects, which include: severe suppression of endogenous production of testosterone, gynecomastia and excessive water retention.It was found that the activity of progestogens is closely related to the activity of estrogen in the body. There are some other side effects associated with progestins, which cannot be found in any other anabolic steroids.

DOSAGE
The dosage is generally between 400-600 mg per week (equivalent to 57-86 mg per day).For beginners, sufficient amount is often only 200-300 mg per week. Doses above 600 mg per week are meaningless because they do not provide adequate contrast effect and increase the risk of side effects. Nandrolone decanoate has a half-life of about 15 days, and therefore it should be used twice a week, in regular intervals, to ensure a stable level of preparation in blood. When using nandrolone decanoate, first results may appear after 1 month of use. To achieve a sufficient effect at least two months cycles needed, but preferably 3-4 month cycle. It is recommended that for each nandrolone cure testosterone is used for the maintenance of normal physiological functions of testosterone. The substance stays in the body for 18 months.
